Network monitoring and backups for maximum security and efficiency
Network outages and data loss have a profound impact on a company’s productivity and business operations.
Studies show that employees lose up to two weeks of working time every year due to IT failures, which results in high costs. These problems are often compounded by inefficient troubleshooting processes.
With our solutions for continuous network monitoring and comprehensive backup strategies, we minimize downtime and ensure IT problems are detected and resolved immediately – before they cause major damage. This keeps your systems efficient and your business protected.
A study by Nexthink found that employees lose up to two weeks of work time per year due to IT downtime, which can cost a company with 10,000 employees almost half a million US dollars per week or around 25 million US dollars per year. This underlines the immense financial burden caused by inadequately addressed IT problems. Interestingly, employees only reported just over half of their technical issues to IT departments, indicating that IT leaders often don’t have full insight into the real challenges within their organization.
Experience 2020 Report by Vanson Bourne shows that employees lose an average of around 28 minutes each time they encounter IT-related problems, which is slightly lower for Germany at 25 minutes. The study also reveals that IT decision-makers underestimate the frequency and impact of IT problems. They assume that employees experience around two IT problems per week, resulting in a loss of around 50 hours per year. In reality, however, the real figures are likely to be significantly higher, as many problems are not reported.
Another study, the Global Data Protection Index by Dell Technologies, shows that 83 percent of German companies experienced an IT outage in 2018 that lasted an average of 22 hours and cost an average of EUR 675,000. This illustrates the high risk and serious financial consequences associated with IT outages.
